It consists in a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, communicating with 1 open bedroom (2 simple beds), a shower room, separate toilet, 1 private bedroom (1 queen size bed). Air conditioning. 2 deck chairs. Sheets and towels are included. Iron, vacuum, washing machine, TV, wifi.

Open bedroom: 12 m² (2 twins bed)

1 toilet - 1 shower room

Equipment: kitchen, air conditioner, heating, hair dryer, hangers, iron, washing machine, television, WIFI, swimming pool, baby bed and baby chair. The bed sheets and towels are included. Beach towels on request (extra cleaning fee).

We ask the travelers to respect the calm of this pretty little residence. There is an internal regulation for the swimming pool. Dot not occupy parking spaces other than the one allocated to the apartment. Public garbage cans are 3 minutes from the residence. The garbage is sorted. Pets are not allowed (possibly on special request).

Terms of cancelation: refund of 50% up to 1 week before arrival

Minimum stay: 3 nights

Access to the garden and the swimming pool of the residence.

We welcome the guests at they arrival to give them the keys of the property and show them around.

 

If they wish, we can provide the guests with a list of nice places to discover and good restaurants. There is so much to see in Ibiza... Just ask us!
